MM2H participants who are currently living in the Netherlands and wish to terminate their MM2H pass are now able to do so at the Embassy of Malaysia in The Hague by following the steps below:
Please send an email to consularthehague@kln.gov.my and attach the following documents:
You will receive a termination letter per e-mail from MOTAC.
Once you have received the termination letter from MOTAC, please book your appointment with us via this link and bring along the following documents:
Once your visa has been manually cancelled by the Embassy, you are required to request for the cancellation of MM2H Pass in the system of the Immigration Department of Malaysia by sending an email to mm2h@imi.gov.my and attach the following documents:
The participants are requested to make their own arrangement with their respective banks in Malaysia in order to withdraw their savings from the Mandatory Fixed Deposit Account.
