Termination of MM2H Visa Abroad

Due to travel restriction imposed by the Government of Malaysia in order to control the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, MM2H participants who are currently living in the Netherlands and wish to terminate their MM2H pass are now able to do so at the Embassy of Malaysia in The Hague by following the steps below:

Please send an email to mm2h@motac.gov.my and attach the following documents:

  • Letter of Intent;
  • Copy of Passport Particular Page;
  • Copy of MM2H Visa;
  • Copy of Conditional Approval Letter;
  • Copy of Fixed Deposit Certificate

 

The termination letter by MOTAC would be issued within three (3) working days from the submission date subject to the document sent are complete.

Once you have received the termination letter from MOTAC, please book your appointment with us via https://embassymalaysia.nl/book-an-appointment/ and bring along the following documents:

  • Letter of Intent;
  • Copy of Passport;
  • Copy of MM2H Visa;and
  • Copy of Termination Letter from MOTAC.

Once your visa has been manually cancelled by the Embassy, you are required to request for the cancellation of MM2H Pass in the system of the Immigration Department of Malaysia by sending an email to mm2h@imi.gov.my and attach the following documents:

  • Letter of Intent;
  • Copy of Conditional Approval Letter
  • Copy of manually revoked MM2H visa by the Embassy
  • Copy of Termination Letter from MOTAC

The participants are requested to make their own arrangement with their respective banks in Malaysia in order to withdraw their savings from the Mandatory Fixed Deposit Account.
