When your passport application has been completed, your new passport will be sent to the Embassy. The Embassy will send you an email with a link to make an appointment for the collection of your new passport or you can make an appointment by clicking on the button below.
The Dutch Vehicle Authority (RDW) is bound by Directive 2006/126/EC, to return exchanged foreign driving licenses to the foreign authority. If you have registered with the Embassy you will receive an e-mail that your license is ready for collection.

If you have been notified to collect your Malaysian citizenship documents from the Embassy of Malaysia in the Netherlands, please make an appointment in advance by using the scheduling form provided on this page. When you come to collect the documents, please ensure that you bring your child, along with all relevant identification documents, such as passports, (IC), or other required identification. This will help us verify the information and complete the necessary procedures during your visit
