The Certificate of Good Conduct can be obtained at The Embassy of Malaysia in The Hague. The application has to be done online and takes approximately 30-90 days to complete.

After you have received a confirmation that your Certificate of Good Conduct is ready for collection. Please make an appointment with the Embassy to collect your Certificate of Good Conduct.

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

1. Passport
2. Collection slip (printed)
3. Collection fee (Please bring the exact amount in cash only)
